It’s the end of another year, and that means it is time to reflect on what we have accomplished. We are living in a time where there is so much change happening, it can be difficult to keep up with everything. The objects that are perfect is a list of things that are perfect.
I just discovered that my friends had mocked me for a particular speaking pattern for many years. I’d always assumed it was a joke (though I couldn’t recall the source), but it turned out to be about me. The idea: I use the word “so” a lot.
“It’s fantastic.” “Wow, that’s incredible.” “I’m ecstatic!” says the narrator.

No one should aim for perfection; if they do, they will squander their lives. (Read it again if you’re still not persuaded.) I am not without flaws. You most likely aren’t either.
But there are certain things that are!
Today, I offer a list of things that are excellent (at least in my opinion). If you feel yourself spinning because you aren’t perfect, take a deep breath and pause. Never in a million years is that going to happen! But don’t act as if there aren’t any ideals in the world.
Rather than expecting the impossible of yourself, I encourage you to focus on things that can endure the strain. Take a look around, pick something that’s just right, and let it do its thing.
So what if I’m a little dramatic? Those Brussels sprouts I ate may have been exquisite, the greatest thing ever, *so so very* delicious. Rather than expecting the impossible of yourself, I encourage you to focus on things that can endure the strain. Take a look around, pick something that’s just right, and let it do its thing.
On the other side, what is your occupation? To take pleasure in and shout praises for.

Brussel sprouts are a kind of Brussels sprout. The taste, the form, and the ease with which it may be eaten.
On any particular night, the hue of the sunset. Have you had a recent peek outside? Even when it’s gray, there’s a reason: it brings out the sherbet colors even more.
Your preferences in birthday cakes. Whoever’s birthday it is has impeccable taste on that particular day. Do they want a slice of pie? Fine. There will be no argument.
